Scope of service
Axis Interventions provides procedural services — including the administration of long-acting injectables, MAT injections, urine toxicology collection, and monitored procedures — under the clinical direction of Leonardo Vando, MD.
Referral relationship
Axis does not establish independent prescribing relationships with patients. Patients must be referred by a treating provider, who remains the primary prescriber throughout care.
Not an emergency service
Axis Interventions is not an emergency service. In a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
