How it works.
A simple workflow built around the referring provider.

Refer
Submit the online referral form with patient name, date of birth, target medication or service, current prescription details, and insurance information. Takes about 2 minutes.

Verify
Our team confirms insurance coverage, eligibility, and prior authorization status (if applicable) before scheduling. We contact the patient to schedule within 1 business day.

Administer
The patient comes to one of our locations. An RN administers the procedure under documented physician oversight. The patient is observed for the appropriate post-procedure interval.

Document
Visit note, vital signs, administration confirmation, and any lab results are returned to the referring provider the same day, by your preferred secure channel (fax, EHR portal, or HIPAA-compliant email).

Recur
For maintenance LAIs and ongoing tox monitoring, we schedule the patient's full series in advance and send appointment reminders. The provider remains in the loop at every visit.
